A flexible residential option for seniors who wish to spend part of the year in a warm, supportive community environment without a long-term commitment. The program offers fully furnished private rooms with all standard community amenities — meals, housekeeping, activities, and community participation — on a monthly basis with a minimum stay of two months.
Well-suited for those exploring senior living options, spending cooler months in a warmer climate, or simply trying community life at their own pace. All arrangements can be made in advance with personalised onboarding upon arrival.

The community is located within easy reach of local markets, cultural venues, and natural attractions. Monthly arrangements include all utilities and standard amenities. The environment emphasises warmth, respect for individual routines, and the natural pleasure of shared community life.

Beachside Villa Residence

Villa residents receive all community services — meals (with the option for private in-villa dining), housekeeping, laundry, concierge support, and transportation coordination.
