Quilora was established in Chalong, Phuket with one purpose in mind — to create a residential community where seniors feel at home, not managed. The name itself reflects the spirit of the place: quietly strong, unhurried, and shaped by the rhythms of the sea.
Our founders spent years observing the gaps in senior housing across Southeast Asia: the disconnect between clinical efficiency and human warmth, between institutional scale and personal attention. Quilora was built as a considered answer to those gaps.
Today, Quilora serves residents from Thailand, Europe, Australia, and beyond — each arriving with their own background and story, each finding within our community a place that respects both.
