1. Definitions

"Quilora" refers to the senior living residence operated at 78/1 Chalong-Nakok Road, Chalong, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83130, Thailand.

"Services" refers to all residency arrangements, support services, meals, activities, and related offerings provided by Quilora.

"User" refers to any individual who visits this website or submits an enquiry.

"Resident" refers to any individual who has entered into a residency arrangement with Quilora.

"Agreement" refers to the residency agreement entered into between Quilora and a Resident upon confirmation of a stay.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

All individuals entering into a residency arrangement with Quilora must be aged 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. Where a family member or representative submits an enquiry on behalf of a prospective resident, they warrant that they are authorised to do so.

3. Service Description

Quilora provides non-medical senior living residency services in Phuket, Thailand. Our services are residential in nature and do not constitute clinical care, nursing, or medical treatment of any kind. Residents requiring medical care are responsible for arranging such services independently; Quilora may assist in coordinating access to local healthcare providers but does not provide or supervise clinical services.

Specific services included in each residency arrangement are set out in the individual residency agreement and on our Solutions page. Services are available to residents in Thailand only.

4. Enquiries and Reservations

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a reservation or binding agreement. Residency arrangements are confirmed only upon the execution of a written residency agreement between Quilora and the Resident (or their authorised representative) and receipt of any applicable deposit.

Quilora reserves the right to decline any residency application at its discretion.

5. Residency Terms

The Seasonal Stay Program requires a minimum stay of two months. Full-Year Community Living and Beachside Villa Residence are arranged on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific terms, including notice periods for departure, payment schedules, and included services, are set out in the individual residency agreement.

Monthly fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in advance. Quilora reserves the right to revise monthly rates with appropriate notice as set out in the residency agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

Users of this website agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Residents agree to abide by Quilora's community guidelines, which form part of the residency agreement, and to respect the shared nature of the community environment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design elements, and branding — is the property of Quilora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Quilora makes no representations about the completeness or accuracy of information on this site and reserves the right to update or correct content at any time.

Quilora does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Information on this site is for general informational purposes only. For health-related decisions, residents and families should consult qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Quilora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Our liability in connection with residency services is governed by the terms of the individual residency agreement.

10. Termination

Residency arrangements may be terminated by either party in accordance with the notice provisions in the individual residency agreement. Quilora may terminate a residency arrangement with appropriate notice where a resident materially breaches community guidelines or where circumstances arise that make continuation of the arrangement no longer appropriate or practicable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from residency arrangements shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
