Quilora is designed for seniors — typically those aged 60 and above — who are living independently or semi-independently and are looking for a supportive community setting. We also welcome couples where one or both partners wish to enjoy the comfort and social richness of community living.

Our staff assist with day-to-day living — helping residents navigate meals, social events, transport, and general comfort. We do not provide clinical or nursing care. For residents who require medical support, we can assist in coordinating with local healthcare providers and hospitals nearby in Phuket.

Yes, we warmly welcome visits. We encourage prospective residents and their families to come and spend time at Quilora before making any decisions. A guided tour of the community can be arranged by contacting us directly by phone or through our enquiry form.

We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your intended arrival to allow time for a conversation, a visit if you wish, and a comfortable onboarding process. That said, we do our best to accommodate a range of timelines depending on availability.

Yes. All three residency arrangements include meals, standard utilities, and housekeeping within the quoted monthly figure. There are no hidden additions for these services. Any optional extras — such as private in-villa dining for villa residents or specific transport arrangements — would be discussed separately.

It is particularly well-suited for exactly that purpose. The Seasonal Stay Program exists for those who want to experience community life without a long-term commitment. Many residents begin with a seasonal stay and then choose to extend or transition into full-year living once they've settled in.
